The Consultation Process

I consult for my private practice from Ananda Clinic in Hadlow Road, Tonbridge or Zoom Consultations can be arranged to fit in with your schedule.

You can book your FREE 20 minute Discovery Call here or by phoning 07990 398219 or email hello@mariabatesnutrition.com. During this call I can establish the outline of your concerns and discuss options for our Initial Consultation.

I will then send a comprehensive health questionnaire and a three day food diary which will need to be returned before we meet. This will allow me to map and analyse your history and start to explore your personal health journey which may have contributed towards your current symptoms.

During our Initial face to face consultation, we will take a closer look at your symptoms and health goals and work together to design a personalised nutritional plan which can fit into your everyday life. This may also include some functional testing and supplement suggestions.

Following the consultation, you will receive a Personalised Nutritional Plan detailing nutritional and supplemental support for the following 6 weeks. During the six weeks I will check in to see how things are going and also offer email support to answer any other questions you may have.

After 6 weeks we will have a face to face Follow Up Consultation (30 – 50 minutes) to explore your progress, discuss any test results and make further adjustments as required and set a date for the next 30-50 minute Follow Up Consultation.
